The organization operational API is the server-to-server API for organizations integrating with Drive Health. It starts chat and voice conversations with your caregivers and reads the calls, chats, transcripts, and recordings those conversations produce. Organization management, caregivers, patients, invitations, passwords, billing, configuration, audit logs, and API-key management are not part of this API. Those operations need a person signed in to the dashboard.
